i have read the entire Bible several times, but always according to my own pace & reading schedule. i have seen many Bible reading charts & plans, but i always dismissed them as childish. why would i want someone else to dictate my daily Bible reading schedule & personal time with God?
for the year 2007, i made a resolution to try the one year Bible. & so far it's been great. i'm using the one year Bible published by Tyndale House (picture included). for each day there is a portion of the old testament, new testament, psalms, & proverbs. i have to admit, i am really enjoying the sheer convenience of having the Bible cut-up & arranged into these daily readings.
side note: to read the Bible in one year takes about 15 minutes a day, or 3.25 chapters a day
